“Queen’s has been very pleased with our relationship with Harris Connect hosting our online community. We feel that the Alumni Today publication is an exciting, new product from Harris Connect. Our alumni will really enjoy sharing color photos and stories about their lives and their passion for Queen's. Our advancement staff is also excited about receiving updated data on thousands of our alumni. This will be our third directory with Harris Connect and we look forward to another superior product!”

“Our entire experience with Harris Connect was very positive. The Medical School has only been in existence for 35 years and has never produced a professional alumni directory. Harris Connect did the research for us, and produced an up-to-date database, including email addresses, which was a huge value-added service for the alumni relations department.”
“The beautiful printed product has been well-received by alumni. Although we have an online directory, there is something special about a printed book, and we've already heard stories of alumni getting back in touch with old classmates. The whole process was extremely professional, from the phone research to the end product. I could not have asked for it to be better handled.”

“The responsiveness that we've already experienced is tremendous, and we're excited for what's to come. Our main goal is to provide our alumnae/i with robust life networking resources that help them effectively engage with each other and with Vassar on their schedules. Other goals include increased data collection, automated registration and dues paying, enhanced tracking capabilities, and greater participation. We hope that our new online community will give alumnae/i reasons to keep coming back. We are also looking forward to reviewing the data that Harris Connect’s tracking tools will help us gather. This data and these tools will add tremendous value to our strategic planning process.”

“Using the Harris Connect lost trace data research service, Columbia State Community College nearly doubled our database, from 10,000 up to 18,000 alumni records. The service helped us reshape our data, adding the documentation and variables that have enabled us to target specific groups and chapters in other states, and communicate more effectively with alumni. The email append service helped us uncover 4,500 email addresses. We're pleased to have a greater reach with email, since it's such a quick, cost-effective communications tool. We're thrilled with the service that Harris Connect provides - they've always delivered on time and sometimes even ahead of schedule. We are one happy customer!”
