"The City Mission is a 101-year-old Christian nonprofit organization serving persons in crisis in the Cleveland, Ohio area. We had virtually no set procedures for our planned giving program, nor did we really focus a lot of effort in acquiring planned gifts. “I’ve used Harris Connect in a previous job and was always satisfied with the quality of work. We’re a fairly young community college and have had limited contact with alumni in our short history.
