“The overall customer service of the project was excellent. All questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Being new to the experience I appreciated the Project Manager’s knowledge of the process and willingness to walk me through it. She was always extremely courteous and patient with me. Our IT department also said she was good to work with in getting data imported. I especially appreciated her help in keeping me on track with the various deadlines. I am happy with the end result. I thought the color, photos, graphics and cover were very attractive. I also enjoy having the CD available.
