"The City Mission is a 101-year-old Christian nonprofit organization serving persons in crisis in the Cleveland, Ohio area.  We had virtually no set procedures for our planned giving program, nor did we really focus a lot of effort in acquiring planned gifts.  In 2010, however, we contracted with Harris Connect for their PGConnect solution, and identified scores of existing donors who had either already included The City Mission in their estate plans, or were interested in doing so.  The potential value of these gifts will likely reach $1 million.  Harris Connect’s professional consultants and very experienced planned giving communicators and specialists really made a difference for The City Mission.  We really value their work and highly recommend their services."
