After we've done initial research, Harris Connect conducts a comprehensive survey of your members to update, verify and enhance the information that will go in your print, CD or online directory. And, since we realize that people are comfortable communicating in different ways, we use a combination of mail, phone and email to contact your members. Experience has shown, however, that if members contact us by phone , we can provide you with nearly twice as many updated records overall. For this reason, all our telephone representatives are specially trained to communicate with your members and, for maximum convenience, our representatives are available to your members 80 hours each week.
