Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School, ha Harris Connect client for the last 20 years, will use Harris Connect's Lost Trace service to reconnect with alumni.

A sophisticated process that searches a massive database of historical data reaching back over 60 years, the company's Lost Trace solution tracks the whereabouts of alumni with as little information as name and last known address. Depending on the information provided, Harris Connect can return matches on up to 96% of lost alumni. City University of New York - Lehman College, hwith 94,000 alumni, will publish its print directory with Harris Connect for the fourth time.

University of Hawaii Foundation will expand the Internet services it provides to alumni through Harris Connect, adding the company's Smart Site solution along with other valuable features.

The Harris Connect Smart Site will reflect the look and feel of the FoundationÕs existing Web site for a seamless user experience, and will also allow individual schools to customize online directory searches, events and ClassNotes for their alumni. Harris Connect, Inc. today announced that it has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of The Wicks Group of Companies, L.L.C., a New York-based private equity firm. This affiliate of The Wicks Group will acquire the company's business, continuing to fuel and augment the success that Harris Connect is experiencing.

Under the terms of the pending deal, which is expected to close within the next 45 days, the Harris Connect business will be operated through a new entity, Harris Connect, LLC. Ownership of Harris Connect, LLC will be primarily with Wicks Group related fund entities. Bill Harris, current Chairman and CEO, as well as the existing Harris family shareholders, will continue to have an investment in the new enterprise. In addition, Bill Harris will stay on as Chairman of the Board of Advisors. A new CEO, Robert Gluck, will take over once the deal is finalized. Current contracts, services and business relationships will continue uninterrupted for existing clients.

HARRIS CONNECT ANNOUNCES THE POTENTIAL SOCIAL GRAPH INDEXT
A Patent-Pending, Social & Professional Networking Metric for Clients to Measure Constituent Engagement Success

Brewster, NY, July 8, 2008 - Harris Connect, the market leader in alumni and membership services today announced the Potential Social Graph Index (PSGI), a, patent-pending method designed to help institutions and organizations assess the relative success of their constituent networking capabilities, according to Carmen Delessio Jr., Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Harris Connect.

Harris Connect Announces: Community Connections™,An Alumni Connections®   Application Built on Facebook® Platform.

Purchase, New York (May 20, 2008) - Harris Connect announces Community Connections, an application built on Facebook Platform to help increase the participation and engagement of alumni and students who are avid Facebook users, with their alma mater. Leveraging the popularity and rapid growth of Facebook with the power and capabilities of an institution's alumni community presents tremendous potential for enhancing alumni communications, building affinity, and enjoying greater success in Alumni Advancement. As part of the HC2.Open strategy, which embraces the use of open API technology, Harris Connect has developed an application that provides a secure connection to and from their client's online community to their constituents who are Facebook users. This bridge, or application, will automatically keep an institution's constituents informed, in touch, and engaged with community news, events and activities. This application expands the boundaries of an online community by engaging younger alumni and users through the utility they are on the most often, Facebook. Once a connection is securely established, the community user ID and password does not have to be used again. Facebook becomes another entry point to the community, especially for younger alumni. School logos and information appear within the application on the user's Facebook profile page creating a seamless experience. The application also provides a means for authenticated alumni to be alerted if their information between their Facebook profile and their alumni community is out of synch. Alumni can then choose to update this information without leaving their Facebook profile.

Oklahoma Christian School has selected Harris Connect for telephone append and lost trace research services.

As part of this project, Harris Connect will utilize sophisticated resources to locate "lost" alumni and append valid telephone numbers for them. Oklahoma Christian School (OCS) was originally known as the "Christian Center School" begun in Fall 1970 and was operated as an arm of the Christian Conquest Center Church in Oklahoma City. During the 1974-75 school year, the church decided to terminate the operation of the school as an arm of the church. However, a group of very interested and concerned parents and teachers decided that the school must continue. The name decided upon for the new independent school was Oklahoma Christian Schools, Inc. On January 13, 1975, OCS became a bona fide Oklahoma corporation.

Trinity first opened its doors in 1953, when Archbishop John Floersh anticipated the growth of Louisville's eastern suburbs by choosing the site of Holy Trinity School, a former Catholic church and grade school in St. Matthews. That first freshman class numbered 106 students. With the Catholic tradition of teaching and learning firmly embedded in the buildings that became Trinity, the school is now more like a small college campus comprising about 1,400 students.

The Community College of Allegheny County is about students learning from expert faculty. Hillsdale College, with an alumni population of over 11,700 has selected Harris Connect to produce their next alumni directory. In addition, Hillsdale College has also renewed their multi-year Internet Services contract with Harris Connect.

Founded in 1844, Hillsdale College is an independent, coeducational, residential, liberal arts college with a student body of about 1,300. Its four-year curriculum leads to the bachelor of arts or bachelor of science degree, and it is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.

Marine Corps Aviation Association, with a member population of 4,000 records, has selected Harris Connect to produce their next member directory.

The MCAA was chartered as a non-profit organization in 1972, after its founding organization, the First Marine Aviation Force Veterans Association (FMAFVA), by necessity, passed into history. The FMAFVA bylaws stipulated that membership would be limited to those who had served in WWI, thereby guaranteeing an end to an illustrious organization.

Additionally lost trace research services will be provided to locate "lost" alumni of Delta State University. Delta State is a public institution, receiving primary funding from the state; however, it also seeks and receives support from private and federal sources, as well as tuition revenue. The University provides a comprehensive undergraduate curriculum, offering 12 baccalaureate degrees in 42 majors. It also seeks to meet the need for advanced training in certain fields by providing programs of study for eight master's degrees, the Educational Specialist degree and the Doctor of Education degree.

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville was founded in 1866 as the first state teacher-preparation institution in Wisconsin. At that time is was called the Platteville Normal School.
